This refund policy is a part of our Terms of Use. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties. The capitalized words used in this Refund Policy and not defined herein bear the same meaning as given to them in the Terms of Use.
Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might want to cancel your subscription to our mobile application Lensa: Photo Editor ("Lensa" or "application"). If you don't want subscription anymore, you can cancel it any time.
As to refunds:
If you bought a Trial: The payments for Trial are non-refundable, unless the Trial was offered for free. Paid Trial is non-refundable, and if you cancel it during the Trial period, you will not be refunded for the unused Trial period.
If you made an in-app purchase: All in-app purchases (including purchases of Tokens and other Virtual Items) are non-refundable. Purchases of Tokens and other Virtual Items, as well as their redemption, are final and non-refundable.
If you bought Lensa subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store: We would ask that you reach out to the appropriate support team of Apple App Store or Google Play Store in relation to your subscription or to request any refunds. Please, contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store regarding any refunds or to manage your subscription purchased through them, accordingly:
If you bought Lensa subscription through our website or if third parties address you back to us: In general, all charges for subscription and in-app purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Neither do we provide any refunds should Google Play Store or Apple App Store address you back to us for any refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, we'll refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the subscription.
Uninstalling the application doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel the subscription, please refer to the application settings or contact our support team at [email protected].

Unless you received a confirmation email, please, contact our support [email protected] to be sure that the subscription is cancelled.
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store: you may cancel automatic renewals by selecting "Manage App Subscriptions" in your Apple Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify, or otherwise in accordance with the then-current functionality of that platform.
If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store: you may cancel automatic renewals by selecting "Subscriptions" in your Google Play Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify, or otherwise in accordance with the then-current functionality of that platform.
If you purchase a subscription, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you sign up for the App without giving reasons (the "Withdrawal Period"). For the avoidance of doubt, your trial period also counts into the Withdrawal Period.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must send a clear, written request of your decision to withdraw from this agreement to: [email protected]. You must send it no less than 24 hours before the end of the Withdrawal Period. You may use the below model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
